AllNet Telecom guarantees that in case of the fiber optic network failure the service will be restored in maximum 12, 8 or even 4 hours considering every client's needs. Restauration of services offered for those deficiencies that aren't linked to the optical fiber network is guaranteed at maximum 1 hour. The quality of Internet services through the fiber optic network is also sustained by the quality of the Cisco equipment (the world leader in the domain of ISP equipment) which is at the core of AllNet Telecom's infrastructure.

Installation Fees
• maximum free inside the coverage area is 100 €, but is ussualy lower
• for subscriptions of minimum 20 Mpbs guaranteed external bandwidth no installation fees are perceived.
